Dutchman, born in The Hague in 1958. After completing his education at The Hague Higher Hotel School, he held a number of senior management positions in the aviation industry and other sectors. In 1993 he founded his own company with the aim of using his expertise to streamline the processes in companies in such a way that (again) a healthy organization is created. In twenty years he has successfully served more than 60 companies and has thus continuously updated and expanded his expertise. In his contributions to Picaflores.org, Cees brings in ideas about previously developed concepts and recently developed insights.
